Actually, I think that the choice depends on the intent of the photographer or the impact that the picture should have.

The third one (horizontal) brings out the essence of most paddy fields. It&#039;s calm and quiet. But the vertical picture gives more opportunities to sequence a story and to render the verticality that is everywhere in the deep Nepal valleys.

I shot the image for the wider horizontal result. But I like the vertical one.]]></description>
