The difficult technique has to draw from:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>limited lighting (to get a long exposure &#8211; without a flash),<\/li>\n<li>use of a delayed exposure to ensure smoother moves,<\/li>\n<li>some practice to correctly have the camera whirling around,<\/li>\n<li>some sure dose of patience (first tries are usually not good at all),<\/li>\n<li>a little bit of luck (results can be very interesting),<\/li>\n<li>blind courage of the one who does not care about destroying his (very) expensive photo camera.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>On <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cameratoss.blogspot.com\/\">the Camera Toss blog<\/a>, you can check the images already produced by the fans of this sports.
