Some people had encountered focusing problems (usually back focus) at the launch of the Dynax/Maxxum 7D. But it seems that this is not finished as I just received an email from somebody suffering from it on a brand new digital camera.
First, it impacts not only one brand or one type of lenses, but all of them. Konica-Minolta tried to ignore it or to deny the existence of the problem as long as they could, but when shown with a clear proof – and if you avoid shaming them too clearly then – they will correct the problem by a correction under warranty.
No idea where it really comes from. Hard to know.
