Female tiger

This female tiger has been the hero of the whole week in Bandhavgarh National Park, India. She pleasantly stopped for our elephant to approach her.

And she is probably the last of the India pictures this year.

Great shot, Where is your next photography trip. I would love to see some shots of lightning if you have any. There have been terrible storms where I live and it has become a bit of a fascination to shoot lightning.

I’m sorry. I never shot a lightning (good idea, though).

Next, I’m thinking about Brazil (for the jaguars I missed in 2009). But it may change…

I would love to see some shots of jaguars that would be really cool. Brazil is amazing.

    Shane,
Unfortunately, for several reasons, I could not run to Brazil for jaguars just yet (I went there for business, which is ddefintiely far from a Pantanal safari).
However, I am still hesitating on the next destination. On the list are things like:

    • North Canada, for polar bears
    • Tanzania for the birth of young animals in early 2013

    I’ll keep you posted here.
